How to Check an Order's Status

Click on Order Status in the navigation bar above. If you have logged in, this will automatically bring up a list of your ten most recent orders. This list will include orders that you have placed over the phone or by mail.

If you are not logged in, you can still click on Order Status in the upper right hand corner of your screen. However, you will be asked to provide an order number and the last name of the person placing the order.

As always, we are happy to provide you with information about your order over the phone.
